The house was nice and clean. A price a bit steep. Rooms were small and badly in need of updating. The linens were very nice. Bathroom latch needs fixing (old fashioned home made latch with a hook- seriously ?). Window AC's and a REALLY small TV (you need binoculars to watch). No waste paper basket. For breakfast- the french toast was nice. Other days the eggs seemed to be powdered and not fresh (reminded me of the military). The owner could have put in a bit more effort with the breakfast, stayed at many B and B- and felt the overall experience did not align well with the price. For $400 a night i could have stayed at a high end resort. Also the owner insisted we stay for a 4 day minimum- but the other guests didnt have to- we had new faces at breakfast everyday. Wonder why......hmmm
